STONEWALL 50 - EVERY RIOT BEGINS WITH YOUR VOICE.
The Berlin CSD e.V. dedicates this year's demonstration '50 Years of Stonewall - Every Uprising Starts with Your Voice' to the activists of the LGBTTIQ * story. In Focus of the Motto Campaign, Audre Lorde, Brenda Howard, Karl Heinrich Ulrichs, Lili Elbe and Marsha P. Johnson. They are the faces of the 41st CSD Berlin.
The five selected portraits are representative of the myriad of activists *, their struggle for self-determination, the community and the lives of all lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans *, inter * and other queer people (LGBTTIQ *).
Half a century after the uprising at the Stonewall Inn, The CSD Berlin paid tribute to those who, with their opposition to police violence, triggered Stonewall riots and initiated the development of a worldwide LGBTTIQ * emancipation movement. With the campaign Woolen widening the focus, however, because it is the much quieter and louder, those who banned those less activist * who used the ongoing struggle for equality of the LGBTTIQ * community.
Half a million people were expected to attend the 41st CSD Berlin on July 27, 2019. After a 6.43 km long march through the center of Berlin subject to death demonstrators from 4.00 pm to the final rally at the Brandenburg Gate and others. on Felix Jaehn, Melanie C. & Sink The Pink, MIA. and Marianne Rosenberg.

Pride Berlin, also known as Christopher Street Day (CSD) Berlin, is an annual event honoring the LGBTQ+ community. The parade, the highlight of the event, draws hundreds of thousands of people to the streets of Berlin each year. In 2025, the parade will take place on Saturday, July 26th, at noon, starting at the corner of Kurfürstendamm and Joachims.
