The bar " Zum schmutzigen Hobby " is to damn to be closed . Ambiguity is what will happen next . They always paid their rent and yet ended up with several traders on the RAW site.
The bars and clubs on the Revaler road as well as three other tenants on the RAW site feel that they are robbed ! .
Who is the new owner here, no one knows for sure . In 2007, the R.E.D. bought from Berlin Development GmbH the property .
But then everything changed. Major reason for this : In 2012, the BNRE bought a large part of the area of the R.E.D. , but in 2013 announced the sudden withdrawal from the purchase contract and demanded money from the tenants .
Meanwhile, the Berlin District Court of BNRE has given BNRE as the legal owner and told the sales contract to be valid . Against this notice they have appealed and as long as possible the bar remains open. The current owner has the bar for three years . Here you can go out until the early hours of the morning to celebrate without inconvenience of neighbours .
